We believe in complete transparency regarding our professional fees. All advisory sessions and workshops are billed on a clear fixed-fee or project-scoped basis. Because we are an independent educational and technical advisory firm, we do not charge management percentages, recurring asset fees, or hidden retainers.
All listed prices are informational only. Invoicing is handled directly via official electronic invoice following pre-session intake confirmation.

- Hardware Fleet Verification: Auditing multiple physical hardware key sets and physical vault sites.
- On-Site Travel Requirements: In-person boardroom sessions outside the greater Gauteng area.
Terms of Payment & Cancellation
- Invoicing: Payment via direct Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or secure online bank transfer upon confirmation of appointment.
- Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled at no additional charge with at least 24 hours prior written notice.
- Refund Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with the actionable clarity of your consultation, notify us within 48 hours of session completion for a full review under our Refund Policy.
