Luno Security Guidebook is an independent educational publication and private technical advisory firm established in Johannesburg, South Africa.

• Educational Nature: All articles, guides, roadmaps, reviews, workshops, and 1-on-1 consultations are delivered strictly for educational, informational, and technical security analysis purposes only.
• No Financial or Investment Advice: Nothing on this website or discussed during advisory sessions constitutes financial advice, investment counsel, tax guidance, or legal recommendations. We do not provide trading recommendations, asset price forecasts, or portfolio allocation advice.

4. Advisory Bookings & Payment Terms

• Client Responsibilities & Zero-Knowledge Protocol: Clients participating in advisory sessions are solely responsible for maintaining the physical secrecy of their own seed phrases, private keys, passwords, and two-factor tokens. Clients must never disclose active cryptographic seed phrases or private keys to our advisors during any session.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the Republic of South Africa:

1. Luno Security Guidebook (Pty) Ltd, its directors, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our educational guides, loss of private keys, hardware device malfunction, software bugs, third-party phishing attacks, or blockchain protocol failures.
2. Self-custody of cryptographic assets inherently carries technical risk; each participant retains exclusive responsibility for the verification and execution of their security practices.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any legal action, dispute, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts situated in Johannesburg, Gauteng.
